Why has hikari_no_yume historically tried as hard as possible to avoid saying “stupid”, “dumb”, “crazy”, “idiot”, “insane”, etc?
One reason is that holding it as an article of faith that all people are intelligent makes the world more beautiful.
But there's also another reason:

being able to feel the cool air float past you on a pleasant summer's day, to see the trees and the sky and the path and the birds and the streetlights and all the other things around you, to be able to enjoy it, to be able to lose yourself in it, to “have a nice walk”…
dear gods… today in extremely painful but rational conclusions that we come to much more easily because of recently having been in the thick of psychosis:
chatgpt and the like are the same type of entity that nearly killed us and our friends

right, the whole psychosis arc is going to make us even more incredibly upset about the AI dream merchants than before
not many people know this but hikari_no_yume really loves the cult classic 2010 eroge visual novel “Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~”, also known as “Wonderful Everyday: Diskontinuierliches Dasein”, or just as “SubaHibi”
good grief we are realising that “all things in moderation, including moderation” applies to mania too

it's not lost on us that we are not fully recovered yet, but (tragically, very tragically) all the “good” hikari_no_yume blogposts in recent years were under the incredibly regrettable influence of mania, and this is in a sense the best manicpost we've ever written, so…
a person and a work of art are more or less the same type of thing; a whole that must be regarded as one to be understood, rather than something that truly makes sense regarding each part in isolation; this is why cloud storage services murder creativity; we'll elaborate someday
