it is rather funny that this ridiculous little supercut did eventually prove to have the tiniest bit of value, in its own way, on this journey of recovery
columbo thread (have been slowly watching it with gf since june 2022, haven't publicly tweeted about it before? this thread will probably be kinda boring, the purpose is mostly to track what episodes have been watched and if they're good; no livetweeting here alas)
chinese is probably easy to learn if you already know english and japanese, assuming you can cope with the pronunciation… grammatically it's like a half-way house between those two languages, and the script is actually a lot less complicated than japanese's

Ah, there is a huge technical dream of ours (that a few of you may know of) — of the operating system variety — that we might have figured out how we can make happen without it killing us (we can't carry three worlds on our back, two is already too much).

„De Surprise” (2015) is a really wonderful film, only 30 minutes into rewatching it but there's lots of little moments in it that make you, you know, glad to be alive? Very strong recommendation.
