Proposal: Browser extension/userscript for Mastodon so that if you mouse over a post with a content warning while CTRL is held down it automatically de-CWs and then re-CWs when you mouse away, so that scrolling your notifications feed when you have replies to a CW post isn't a pain
Trying to imagine what the phone-UI equivalent would be, it's not so obvious
@mcc tbh what I wonder is why expanding one post with a cw doesn’t expand all posts with the same cw that you have on-screen at the same time
@mcc like if I’ve clicked through “cw: murder”, haven’t I already decided I’m okay with seeing text about murder. what’s a few more lines of it from other people. it’s not like I know how long the first post is before expanding it
@hikari Yeah that makes so much sense. Apparently Metatext on iOS already does this
