strcat() is the best c function because it lets the kitty play with a ball of string :3

strcat() is actually one of the worst c functions though. it upsets me not because of the safety issues but because it wouldn’t need to exist if strcpy() had a more helpful return value, and it would be more efficient that way too
oh well. at least it has a cute name? :3
