jump to expanded postwhy is this the logo of “babel”, the piece of software for translating between javascript dialects. it has serious… audio-visual dissonance??? it feels almost… edgy, like it thinks it’s called “rebel” or something. but uh, no, this is a compiler named after the tower of babel.
it’s generic, out of place and… such a wasted opportunity? there’s so much you could do with a concept like “tower of babel”.
wikipedia tells me babel is a “transcompiler”? well i think you missed a space there and it should be none of your business, but good for her. too little diversity in compilers tbh,

Just a hunch but I bet if you pull up their website in wayback machine and cross-reference when Cyberpunk 2077 was announced or released you'll get your answer
