ok so for the last day or so I’ve been listening to the “Laboratory Level” music from “Jazz Jackrabbit 2”, a game I haven’t played, on repeat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cO4SxcqXfI
it’s just very enjoyable to listen to. does anyone have recommendations for similar video game music
@hikari such a good soundtrack, I love it too.
Dark Groove slaps and kinda sounds like Deus Ex, so you'll probably like that soundtrack too. It's mostly from the same composer. :)
@CarePackage17 oh yeah I immediately thought of Deus Ex. I should play that game. I want to listen to more of its OST but I feel a bit guilty about not playing it first
@hikari it's a good game if you can look past the ugly graphics (by today's standards) and some general jankiness.
I played it 13 years after release for the first time and as soon as I got into the story I thought the game was fucking amazing. :)
