if the secure enclave is so secure why don't they make the entire hardware out of the secure enclave material

@felipe the serious answer is that the fact the entire hardware isn't the secure enclave is what makes the secure enclave secure, not the thing it's made from
@hikari so that means the security comes from limiting what runs there or something like that?
