uhhhh oh god IOI what did you do
I fired up Hitman 3 for the first time in a while and apparently it's no longer called Hitman 3, but rather Hitman: World of Assassination? okay, sure
but also there's a new game mode, Freelancer, with an incredibly long video explanation???
the video explanation is narrated by someone from IOI (they have a Danish accent), which is fascinating.
anyway, because it plays as an in-game video, you can't pause it or see how long it is. and it's way longer than a cutscene. I skipped it without intending to :/
dear game developers, if a video in a game is going to play for longer than a minute or two, you'd better let me pause it and see how long it is
jesus christ it's actually ten minutes long. a ten minute long walkthrough of a gamemode. which you can't pause or seek! thankfully it's also on youtube. i wish you'd just linked to the goddamn youtube video
