if i were a Contracting Party i would simply not provide adequate legal protection and effective legal remedies against the circumvention of effective technological measures that are used by authors in connection with the exercise of their rights under the WIPO Copyright Treaty
i would simply not sign and ratify the WIPO Copyright Treaty or WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty
i would simply not join WIPO
