dear google and apple: please stop silently filtering and annotating reviews based on the user's interface language. most of the world is bilingual! many people use their phone in english but would want to read or write a review in, say, swedish, or vice-versa! give us control!!!
it's so frustrating because the system is unpredictable. i can't tell what language my review will be tagged as because they don't fucking tell me. like, i want to play along with the system and write reviews in the language the system will tag my review as, but i can't be sure!
also i know it's based on my interface language setting because it's extremely 🤔when you go to some app or place that would have many users/visitors that aren't from sweden, but very few reviews show up, and they're all either in swedish or in english but written by swedes
@hikari I think it is determinated by your Apple ID's region (at least App Store). since:
* in App Store Connect, it shows region of reviewer
* I'm using Japan Apple ID, and I switched iPhone Language to English only, it still shows Japanese reviews
