it's just an entire UI framework. how long could it take, a weekend?
(I am currently on day [oh god] of implementing a small enough subset of UIKit for touchHLE to be able to display an app picker and license info…)

@neauoire see the thing is, you probably would find a way to do it in a weekend by limiting the scope ^^
@hikari I spent a good part of 4 months completely revamping a gpu layer (amongst other related things) to crank out more FPS on a legacy project. Would not recommend.
