touchHLE now has… a very primitive license text viewer!!!!!!
I know, most people won't even use it, but it's necessary for the Android release, and it's the actual reason I spent all that time trying to get UIKit into a vaguely usable state.

also I found four different bugs in touchHLE while writing it!! it's effectively one big integration test for the UI machinery.
