running your own fediverse instance with alpha quality software has the drawback that it will occasionally completely exhaust your server's disk space and become unable to receive new messages for however many hours it takes before you notice this and clear the cache again
@hikari I really appreciate moments like “logging into my server during the Vision Pro announcement because things died”. Really fun to run your own stuff
