@f00fc7c8 i think software patents are bad and try to avoid them for my own code, but i'm also not going to let the very theoretical threat of the mpeg-la hunting me down stop me from enjoying online video on my own computer
@hikari Iām actually on Android, but Iām using Fennec F-Droid (libre Firefox for Android), which may be missing proprietary codecs in order to meet F-Droid standards.
I am not judging you for just downloading and reuploading a video, just thought seeing the error here was funny somehow, idk
