calling them “baby names” suggests they are suited for babies in particular and that once an adult, another name might be more appropriate. i agree
nice name, did your mother pick that for you
@hikari in sinosphere, traditionally one used to get a different name upon reaching adulthood, and birthname was something for only someone very close like your parents
(i suppose some other cultures also have/had it, also saw that in earthsea series)
