so hyped for the Special Clash Siblings: Hand-To-Hand Combat 2024 Community Tournament, where the livestream looks like this and everyone commentating keeps tripping over themselves when naming the fighters people are playing as for some reason

‪the joke is not a joke. nintendo are trying to use their IP ownership to bully fans into accepting outrageous demands for deep control over tournaments nintendo have no involvement in organising. but if fans don't use nintendo trademarks or copyrights then nintendo are powerless‬
