@hikari I distrust any situation provoking such a sudden and deep feeling of enlightenment, and if you _do_ end up in a cult (something I find objectively unlikely) I'd rather have alienated you by that point already so that I don't have to watch it unfold in slow motion

i must also apologise for the way i've presented this, because the way i have summarised events is a massive simplification to the point of being misleading if read with this lens.
