have you tried making up a guy to be joyful at?
i know i stole this from someone, it was like two months ago maybe. don't know if it was from myself or from someone else
have you tried making up a girl to experience joy vicariously through? have you tried making up a girl who reminds yourself so strongly of who you want to be that you can't help but follow in her footsteps?
(from a certain perspective this is what i did! said perspective is potentially quite misleading though)
