jump to expanded postforever kinda in awe of the people who can avoid including any clear gendered signifiers in their profile and still give off a clear impression
@hikari Similiar boat to demize I think for accidentally failing into this once upon a time
In that a lot of folks assumed I was either a girl or non-binary within a very short span of knowing me
Or if we're going off literal first impression only, I think I had once someone on FurAffinity assume I was a girl from a "behind the fur" face reveal I did back in like 2009 which is very ??? to me.
Ditto I think I vaguely recall people assuming the same from some creative writing and fanfic I did in the early 2010s, even though to this day I'm not sure how - I wasn't exactly hitting any stereotypes there beyond the general belief that more women write fanfic then men.
But apart from those instances it's uh, not a deliberate cultivation as an accidental thing and I started putting pronouns in bio "in solidarity with my trans friends" as that Totally Cis Good Ally thing and then kept doing it when I actually trans'd the genders
(I'm with you that folks who can deliberately give off the vibes without any specific signifiers are pretty cool, they've done some sorcery with their Expression stat)
