@hikari probably not, since it wouldn't really be able to reach criticality. the smallest nuclear warhead made still had something like a 10cm diameter for the fissile material and weighed over 100lbs for the whole kit
@hikari I think the minimum weight to sustain fusion is quite high, so you can't get it in hand grenade form.
However, you could wrap some plutonium around a brick of C4 and make a dirty hand grenade that way.
