jump to expanded posti'm so blessed to know people from so many walks of life and with so many perspectives and i just can only wish that was more common. this is like half the problem with politics but also with so so so so many other things. if you're on twitter or whatever you take it for granted
the goal of life is to become “the girl who is the world itself”. what does this mean? i don't know i didn't finish subahibi yet
if you are very online you take it for granted but you are exposed to enough diversity of life to Kill a victorian child
something about the kind of income/wealth/class/education/social/experiential/upbringing/political/nationality/power disparities between people i know is kind of absurd. honestly the income/wealth/class stuff is particularly unreal. half are on welfare half have comfy tech jobs
another half have normal jobs just scraping by. another half are insane people who somehow have money and i haven't figured out how but i think the insanity is part of it
i sorta know someone who's so insane they managed to employ all their insane friends and (checks notes) not necessarily destroy their own finances while doing it? feel particularly blessed to know very vividly that such a person can exist because it's a shining example
this world is a utopia for those with the eyes to see it. it's just also a dystopia
