wtf bsky is banning people left and right without explanation, including several people i know
i don't mean “labelled” i mean several people i know have been outright suspended wtf
okay i now know a bit more about what's happening and basically bsky has decided that it will make its inability to moderate certain content it doesn't like into, not just a problem for people posting that content, but a problem for anyone who ever likes or retweets that content
in fact it's worse, they've gone hardcore guilt-by-association, they have explicitly said that you so much as “engaging with inappropriate […] accounts” this“will result in the permanent suspension of your account without the possibility of appeal”
terrifyingly unserious
those are direct quotes. i apologise for the clumsy wording surrounding them i should really reread my words before posting them
