what vitamin/mineral/nutrient deficiency would give dry mouth and adhd-like symptoms
@hikari magnesium is often reported for the latter but idk dry mouth
are you just dehydrated

@hikari i mean it‘s winter and I usually have dry mouth problems in winter so maybe vitamin D?
