unfortunately i don't think getting a guitar will solve my gear acquisition syndrome; i'm already REALLY wishing i had a yamaha qy100 instead of a yamaha qy70 because while both are a late-90's midi-workstation-in-a-box, the former has a guitar input and pedal control!
it doesn't even matter if it's a good guitar signal chain, considering the manufacturer and era it almost certainly isn't, but it would be hella fun to play around with
