tiny mystery of my life: when exactly did i have the realisation “oh shit I MUST LEARN MUSIC IMMEDIATELY” in 2022? i don't know. it was the kind of realisation i didn't tweet. you can't tweet that kind of thing, it gives you satisfaction too quickly. you must act before you speak
from available evidence it can't have been later than 2022-10-19, though, because that's when i tweeted (privately) about having discovered a computer keyboard (⌨️) is an incredibly bad substitute for a musical keyboard (🎹)

most likely i tweeted that the same day of the “if you've been regretting not learning music for half your life, then what are you waiting for” realisation; i probably realised it while at work, and set about trying to puzzle out music the moment i got home. but i may never know
