look i might be a white european but i googled “we been knew” out of curiosity and i think everyone who has written about this phrase and landed on google should probably die
standard english speakers respect aave as its own equally legitimate linguistic variety challenge 2025 (impossible)
they should force white americans to learn aave syntax and grammar in school as a second language just to prove a point
