jump to expanded postgods this guitar is so beautiful when graced by natural light
i caught myself glancing at her and thinking, “wow she looks like a Les Paul” for a moment
might be the first good photo i've taken of this thing while having it in my possession, i don't have a good lighting setup and it really needs natural light
i've noticed that i really like how she looks in natural light or in low light, but with normal artificial lighting in the evening the colour is less appealing. perhaps i should read In Praise Of Shadows already
most of the official photos i've seen of this thing do not do it justice, the colours look wrong even considering that every tree is unique. guitars do not actually exist in the timeless void of dazzlingly bright standardised white light, they are part of and lit by our reality
