OH “it is in fact possible to get things on Android to work”
begrudgingly being forced to admit that sometimes things on Android can be nice rather than terrible
(the context is Android development, i'm more than happy with it as a user)
did heaven decide to grace me today? this only took like… half an afternoon of work. the things worked with surprisingly little suffering. i think i may have discovered the blessed path (trying to do things normal android app developers want rather than things emudevs want)
