we just would strongly suggest not doing this intentionally; if you do do it, do it in a relatively safer way (remember, psychedelics exist and have a much shorter half-life than whatever the fuck we are living through); definitely don't let it get this bad

also like, presumably most human beings are in fact “a little bipolar” in this sense; an occasional sleepless night or a bit of sustained sleep deprivation is not uncommon is it

suffice to say that the thing we love saying about how “an object must be regarded from multiple perspectives to understand it” applies to all your knowledge too, and different mental states are among the perspectives
