you can in fact just pick up stupid little catchphrases from characters in fictional works if you find them to be enjoyable vocal stims or whatever and you don't take yourself too seriously

we note with interest by the way that both of the japanese lines in that supercut are actually very different in meaning from the english lines that the fansubbers(?) chose to translate them with; they are perhaps a bit less obnoxious in japanese, but the translations are good!
