The (deliberate!) burning of the spaghetti isn't fun for your lungs though, I must say.
I think we burned it a little too much before adding the sauce, too little after adding the sauce, and we should have made the sauce even spicier, perhaps a touch sweeter, perhaps a touch more salty, and definitely somewhat acidic. But even this half-assassina is quite pleasant.
@hikari what the hell, this felt like it should've come out of hong kong or san francisco (derogatory), not "actually" italian
