i don't want the guy who decided the Storage Access Framework should be the only filesystem API on Android to like, die. but as a starting point i think we should impose it on their development machine. the FUSE fs and IPC slowdown to every last action might encourage reflection
also i want his every attempt to capture a beautiful fleeting moment in a photo to be ruined by waiting for SAF. let him live with what he has done
i think it would also be very funny if they accidentally leaked compromising personal information due to SAF not handling file truncation properly or something like that (the type of bug you get in every arrogant attempt at badly reinventing filesystems)
@hikari hm. I'm not hearing anyone complain about FUSE slowing anything down with xdg-document-portal…
