at first glance they look nearly identical, but:

  • the fonts, capitalisation, and shading in the Performance tabs are slightly different
  • the ReactOS one dies with high DPI
  • the WINE one's graphs break if you resize the window
  • the ReactOS one displays a nonsense handle count

  • they display multi-core usage graphs differently, with the WINE one showing several line graphs overlaid with eachother, whereas the ReactOS one shows several graphs (and the latter doesn't work under WINE)
  • the ReactOS one has a shutdown/restart/log-off/etc menu

  • at least when run under WINE, only the WINE one shows the “*32” next to 32-bit processes
  • only the ReactOS one has working sorting for the columns in the Processes view
  • the ReactOS one shows memory usage in rounded GB whereas the WINE one shows memory usage in ungrouped kB
