jump to expanded postsichuan pepper is so good. added it to some lazy curry-resembling thing we made the other day and i'm noticing it more upon reheating the rest of it
big spicy pot of legumes/beans and vegetables is a very good type of food to make. especially because you can make several portions at once. need to come up with more variations on this conceptโฆ
โฆyou know, this "curry" we made and that "chili" we make may as well be the same thing. one has beans, one has chickpeas, but they both are tomato-based stews with a lot of cumin, garlic and chili in them, and we eat both with rice ^^;;;
