jump to expanded postgod i love sichuan peppercorn
it's not even for the whole numbing spice thing i just think it's a delightful fragrance and fun texture
in the same way that black pepper is good because of the fragrance and not the spice

@hikari fun fact, sichuan peppercorn is distantly related to citrus! hopefully you'll never stop noticing that fact now

@hikari Amusingly, I just made a dish using Sichuan Peppercorns this evening. They're so good.
