Wow, the Thunderbirds opening in Japan (https://youtu.be/xXB8iplwhl4) added vocals to the instrumental from the original English opening (https://youtu.be/a2n0widQ4nA). We'd never heard this before, nor knew it existed, and… it suits the show perfectly, like it was always meant to be.
Shōwa era television, huh.
