C is a programming language that the average programmer understands about as well as LLMs or the human brain, which is to say they do not understand it, no matter what they say, and it's always exasperating reading comments sections about it whenever undefined behaviour comes up
they will nod their heads and say they understand undefined behaviour can do this and that, but then rattle off a list of local consequences only, and then when corrected that it is a global phenomenon, they will go on a tirade against the terrible Optimiser to avoid thinking
