@vildis @hikari if you have access to a bunch of rhubarb, rhubarb cordial/squash is amazing

- 3 kg rhubarb
- 50g citric acid
- cover in cold water and let sit for 2 days
- strain liquid
- boil with sugar (up to 1kg per litre, less if you have freezer space for storage, but the sugary version can be stored in room temp)
- bottle

drink diluted with water, in cocktails or whatever you fancy :)
