the first 12 bars of dire dire docks are a really good thing to try to learn as a beginner keyboardist huh. the left- and right-hand parts have to be combined for it to sound right, so you can't escape using both hands, but the rhythm is syncopated so it's tricky to read and play

it's an exercise in reading rhythm. there's a few different note and rest durations, and i have to know about beams, ties and dotted notes, which makes me appreciate the way the notes are aligned between staves
