sweden is great, the bureaucracy openly talks about the use of āpĆ„tryckningsmedelā, which is literally āmeans of [exerting] pressureā, to encourage compliance. for example, fines. a delightfully clinical word; āmedelā is also used for ābleachā (āblekmedelā ~= ābleaching agentā)
to be fair it's also used for āfood and drinkā (ālivsmedelā, the ālivā means ālifeā, like in āLebensmittelā)
