jump to expanded postyou ever suddenly start feeling like you're viewing the world through very subtle tilt-shift photography?
basically that objects feel smaller than they should. but not as dramatically as when you suddenly feel you have become the size of the universe while falling asleep
this is the second time i've felt this in two days. it's a very subtle effect for most of the world, i think i'm still perceiving reality coherently for the most part, but it's like when i stare at my desk i have forgotten that objects in the distance are larger than they appear
the roland sc-7 on my desk has gone from already feeling very cute for what it is to The Cutest Possible Size. like a nintendo classic mini or whatever it's called. what the fuck is this perceptual effect
you know, considering how my head feels right now, it is possible this is actually my vestibular system getting out of balance again. it does that sometimes
