(alas we're probably far past the point where the particularly reckless kind of person following us would in fact decide they want to become bipolar from looking at us, and we can only hope they turn back before it's too late, or… find a way to manage the condition okay, y'know)

(knowledge is a bit of a curse, folks. eventually you figure out why noble lies exist, but we are past the point where we can maintain most noble lies, you know. we care just a bit too much about truth, and try to caveat it in such a way that a reasonable person will be okay.)

(this is another reason you have to cool back down from this state, and a reason we are cooling back down; if you eventually do somehow reach a kind of “enlightenment” where you “understand” “everything” the world will kill you even if your body doesn't; so we'll chill, y'know)

maybe a more useful learning for those of you out there

we thought we were safe from the bipolar! we thought we were managing it okay! we thought like “hmm well the vaguely manic periods are kinda fun, we don't need help, we'll be fine”

we were extremely obviously wrong, right

we have no idea what fraction of our follower-base is at risk of the same tragedy as us, but we hope these tips give you some guidance in avoiding it (as well as being good general life advice), and we pray, we really pray, nobody is so reckless as to deliberately do the opposite
