actually floored by how cool this album actually is, just from how it looks, how the liner notes are written and stuff… we've never listened to American Idiot (album) we believe, but like everyone who was alive in the 2000's, we of course are very familiar with some of the songs

we'll be so bold as to say that if you don't own the album on CD with the little booklet that all the lyrics are scrawled in, or haven't like obtained a PDF of it somehow or something similar, you haven't really experienced American Idiot, it's such an important part of it all

this is an album from an era when albums were real; it not only uses the booklet as part of the whole concept, it has gapless playback with carefully designed transitioned between songs; it's the kind of thing that like, yeah, sure, you Can “experience” it on streaming but… yea
