if SCOTUS overturns Lawrence v Texas, I wish every non-encrypted messaging service out there which stores message history indefinitely a very catastrophic data loss, because the alternative is the state using people's intimate conversations to hunt them down for actions that have become retroactively illegal again

I see a lot of posts on my feed that imply something very bad for trans/queer people in the US might have happened recently. What was it? (I've been doing my best to not follow that kind of news for the good of my health.)
LA Noire is such a game. it's supposedly a detective game but you spend half your time driving and it behaves exactly like GTA, including the game rewarding you for property destruction and car theft
