got just under 5h sleep but it was good sleep we are back we are so back
today i'm gonna buy some fuckin huge microsd card and completely free myself from sorry about space for taking photos and videos and finally enable my berlin photo girl arc
also i'm gonna watch megalopolis probably because it seems like it's 9/11'ing everyone who i think is cool
did you know you can buy the shittiest ass android phone ever and yet in a space smaller than a sim card you can just drop 1tb of storage. absolutely unbelievable. we live in a time where personal flash storage is almost post-scarcity. don't buy things with unexpandable storage
@hikari as far as I can tell, if you want a microSD slot, a good IP rating, and a high-end CPU on a current-gen phone, your choices are... basically two Sony models and that's it?
meanwhile, if I was going to use a massive amount of on-device storage, there's a decent chance it'd be to shoot high-quality video, where I'd want a high-end camera (further limiting options) and very fast write speeds (which can easily outpace even the fastest microSD cards)

i feel like at some point you gotta move stuff off the device's internal storage though, and you'd have an easier time if you can just move it to a microSD card or something inside the phone
@hikari USB3's faster though (and you can shoot directly to it at whatever speed you need)
