good news: while the “little a magical thinking as a treat” did in fact rob us of the full night of good sleep (gee who would have thought), it didn't rob us of all of it and our body gave us a chance to undo it, and we now have gotten maybe half a night of good sleep instead!

we are getting very good at maintaining maximal rationality/reasonableness/functionalness while being psychotic which is a totally a thing that is possible to do and reasonable to want, yes

have you ever stood on the sheltered part of a long balcony, if there is one, amidst a rainstorm? (in swedish those are called ”skyfall”, like the james bond movie but pronounced differently, which has always amused us)

not sure if we should tweet this but if it saves a life it's worth it: Kamen Rider Ryuuki is the most potent antipsychotic of a tv series we've ever seen, an incredibly wise friend of ours recommended it to us and it has very literally kept us sane to an unbelievable degree
